		<description>Hi Shamitha!  Unfortunately, you really ought to sharpen all knives regularly to keep them in good shape.  Just using a sharpening steel (the long skinny thing that looks like a dull, short sword) will keep sharpened knives sharp if you run your knife along it a few times after every use.  But pretty much all knives will need to be professionally sharpened once a year, or more depending on how much you use them.  Check youtube for some videos on how to properly sharpen your knives at home.  Or, hey!  Maybe I&#039;ll make one!  ;)</description>
